Swing-Shot™ is a skill-based golf practice and entertainment application designed to enhance engagement during golf practice sessions. Swing-Shot™ does not provide professional golf instruction, coaching certification, medical advice, or guarantees of performance improvement.

All gameplay outcomes are based on user input and self-reported shot results. Swing-Shot™ does not independently verify shot distances, accuracy, or performance data. Users are responsible for the accuracy of all information entered into the app.

Participation in Swing-Shot™ involves physical activity inherent to the game of golf. Users assume all risks associated with golf practice, including but not limited to injury from swinging a club, being struck by a ball, environmental conditions, or interactions with other players. Swing-Shot™, its owners, developers, affiliates, and partners are not responsible for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of the app.

Swing-Shot™ is intended for use only in approved practice areas such as driving ranges, practice fields, or other safe environments where golf activity is permitted. Users are responsible for complying with all facility rules, local laws, and safety guidelines.

Junior Mode is designed for youth engagement and enjoyment. Adult supervision is recommended for minors while using the app and participating in golf activities.

Swing-Shot™ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any golf governing body, association, or equipment manufacturer unless explicitly stated.
